Network Disconnection Always

Xperia XZ2

Each month I am paying for a service that does not worth the bill, although it’s not a lot. I would like you to know that my mobile network always disconnect.  I'm mostly connected through WiFi but WiFi also has an issue on its own, to access and sending text messages goes delivered and miss calls and receive calls. When I do receive or made a call the network cuts off . I'm loosing customers due to the pandemic and not being able to take calls, the only way this is possible is when I go into settings and try to connect for a long time which disconnected in no time. There is also an issue with sound on the right side of phone earplug when using USB. Also in order for me to hear the other person I have to use an ear phone which right side doesn't work but works my earphone works perfectly when connected to my laptop.

Welcome back to the forums and thank you for taking the time to post. 

 

Regarding your signal, are you only having the issue in one specific place e.g your house, place of work?  

 

Is the handset in general good working condition?
