Needing to cancel

Hello, I have been trying to cancel my Virgin Media contract since Wednesday, I spoke to someone in the online chat but unfortunately I had to close the online chat after 24 hours of having this open. I am now currently out of the Uk so texting or calling is not an option at the moment. 
Is there any other option for me as my months notice ends tomorrow.
