I've had a text from Virgin saying I need a new SIM but I've not received one.
Went online and found the form to complete but I've a problem - it asks for the SNN of my present SIM.
Snag is I have damaged sensation in both hands and some limitation in movement. Thanks to this blasted Covid situation the very very kind friend who usually does these things for me cannot enter my house nor I his. I use an iPhone 6Plus and can't open the wee tray thingie that holds my SIM so can't get the number.
Of course once I get the new one I'll have problems all over again
Can anyone help me organise actually getting the new SIM ?
