Hi - as with others on the forum I'm also stuck in a situation where I dont recall password on my paygo account which I need in order to switch the number to a regular ongoing monthly account
I have the SIM and SERIAL number but all attempts at remembering the password even after referring to the password hint has failed so far.
What other options do I have ?

Thanks for your post and welcome to the community.
Our PAYG SIM's are not active anymore since January, meaning the number may deactive too.
This should've been advised around late last year.
