Need to cancel a sim card

Hi, 

I have a number of virgin mobile contracts and I have come to realise that I have 1 that I no longer use but I am still paying for. Due to current circumstances, I have tried to get in touch with customer services to cancel the sim card, however, I've had no joy on them picking up. I am paying for a service that I no longer require. 

Is there another way that I can cancel as I have not got the time to be sitting around waiting for the phone to be answered. 

Surely cancelling a sim card shouldn't be this difficult, I know the current situation is hard on everyone, that's why I haven't called that much, however, I need this sim to be cancelled. 

Please help!

Really sorry you're having some trouble cancelling one of your SIM cards, this isn't good. 

We can take a look from here and see if we can help, the SIM would need to be out of contract or on a 30 day rolling contract for us to help.
