Hi, I am looking for help with my apple AirPods that I received as a free gift with my virgin media iPhone. The AirPods have stopped working and I have only had them for 18 months.
thanks in advance
The Airpods deal were via Apple and they are responsible for any warranty, but I think they only do 12 months, but I may be wrong.

I spoke to Apple this morning and they told me to speak to virgin as they are who I got the AirPods from
Pretty sure it's 12 months warranty. You will have to argue the toss

Thank you for your post and welcome to our community forums. We're here to help.
I am really sorry to hear that your Apple AirPods have sadly become faulty. As the warranty will be held by Apple themselves, you'll need to contact them directly for further support and advice.

thanks for the post but I did contact apple but they informed me that because I bought them from virgin my contract of sale is with virgin and I need to contact virgin first.
The warranty of the product is held by the product's manufacturer, in which this case would be Apple.
We advise this of all of our free gifts, as we detail on our Free Gifts FAQ page.
Sorry for any inconvenience that this is causing you, but I'm afraid you will need to refer to Apple directly if you're facing a fault with your Apple AirPods.
