Need replacement sim

I was told I should have received a replacement SIM for my phone, which I didn't, and now my service is cut off. For reasons completely unknown it is impossible to order one online or contact the Virgin Media team online despite this being the year 2020 and not 1990. 

Is there any way anybody has discovered to actually order one of these online without having to call and listen to a machine for 20 minutes or do I need to change networks?
