Need replacement sim for account

Hi,

I need a replacement sim for one of the numbers on my contract. Is it possible for virgin to help me get this arranged? I’m a contract customer.

Not necessarily the SIM card. Are the problems in one place or all over?

My friend have normal coverage with virgin mobile. I'm with my wife... No network.

He recommended to change SIM.

Thanks for reaching out to us in our community, I am sorry you are having issues with your Mobile connection and feel you need a new Sim, have you tried your sim in another handset to rule this out, is the issue happening everywhere or in one particular area, have your checked our Mobile coverage, you can also run further diagnostics here.

My colleague have the same network with no problem. Yes we try another mobile phone, the same story. There is normal coverage at that area.  Don't  know about others area, lockdown.

When my friend call to Virgin mobile support with his problem. They told him: you should receive new SIM every year. My SIM cards around 3 years old.

Thanks for coming back we don't swap Sim card unless there is a issue or a network chant, please follow the link I sent and if a new sim is required you will be able to arrange this.
