Need replacement sim card

My father has a virgin payg sim card. His phone is displaying 'sim registration failed'. I have cleaned the contacts of the sim and tried it in 2 other phones, but all phones display the same message. I assume he needs a new sim, but wants to keep the same mobile number.

You will need to call customer service and request a replacement sim card on 0345 6000
