I have been receiving text messages for the past month telling me I will be receiving a new SIM card. I have not been able to communicate with anyone at customer services, no matter what time of day I call - even if I hang on the phone for more than an hour!
In my utter frustration I have tried to get a PAC code so I can keep my original numbers and move to another more responsive network - however I receive text replies telling me I must insert the new SIM before requesting a PAC!
How can insert a new SIM if I have not received one?
How can I get a PAC code if I cannot get a SIM?
Can anyone answer my enquiry?
I have had these two mobile numbers since 1999 and they are often times the only communication I have with friends and family abroad, so I do not want to lose them.
