Need help with my pay as you go account.

Hi I'm trying find what email address I have on my account and reset my password but it keeps saying that it can't find me on the systum and then tryed to sign up my account because I thort I didn't have a account online but it then it said that it could not find my number when my pay as you go virgin mobile number is still working.
