I have lost the new sims that were sent to me and need to get a replacement. Every time I try to call 789, I get dumped out of every option, with it just sending me a link to a web page but nothing on the website can help me with this. It’s driving me nuts and my phone is about to stop working.
Just got a call from Virgin, thought it was someone going to sort out my SIM problem. Turns out it was a sales call, to get me to upgrade my tv/broadband. If Virgin have staff available to make sales calls then they should have staff to deal with customer issues. Bad timing I’d say.
