Need a replacement SIM card

I need a replacement SIM for the one lost in the post and keep my number please. My number has been automatically switched to the SIM lost in the post so now I can't text or call.

I was told that my old SIM was deactivated and a new SIM would be sent to me. But I haven't received a new SIM. And I can't make phone calls and can't use my mobile service for now. Could you please help to arrange a replacement (new) SIM to be sent to me? Thanks for your help!

Sorry to see that you have not had your new sim sent out yet. Just to confirm when was this sim ordered? Has it now passed the 3-5 working day timescale?
