As my Virgin mobile phone and SIM were recently destroyed by water damage, I have just received a replacement Galaxy A50 under my Virgin insurance plan.
I can't use it to make calls as it has no SIM.
I emailed the insurance service who sent this reply:
Thank you for contacting Virgin Media Protect*. I am sorry for inconvenience we do not send out sim cards please contact customer services for this. Kind regards, Haley Mitcheson The Virgin Media Protect team
