Need a person in Virgin Mobile to solve my 2 issues
I have been trying for months to get through to Virign customer support. The Virgin freetext service is useless! Will a person in Virgin mobile please respond to this so i can relay the details with some confidence that a human brain is involved at the other end!
If i fail to get help with my 2 issues i have no choice but to cancel my Virgin contract - and so too will my husband. This cost cutting remote technique of dealing with customers' issues is very unwise as you will lose many customers in the long run.
