Hi,
I am currently abroad and need access to my voicemail. I didn’t set up a pin, can anyone in the Virgin team help me set up a pin or is there another way?

I'm sorry to hear you're having some issues accessing your Voicemail abroad.
Don't worry! I'll be more than happy to help reset the Voicemail PIN so will pop you a PM now to confirm some details 🙂

All done for you! You will receive a SMS with the newly generated PIN and will then need to reset it to what you wish whilst abiding by the guidelines provided in my PM. This will need to be done with 30 minutes, or else we would need to reset the voicemail PIN again.
