NEW Sim/Customer Service...I just want to log into my account.
I have been trying to get through to VM Mobile customer service, since 4.30 pm Saturday, just to be cut off from call (where I was on hold for 1hr10mins and on webchat where I was just left hanging). I'm thinking of cancelling everything I have to do with virgin media. Angry is not the word! I just wanted to create a Mobile account.
