NEW SIM

Have received my new sim put it in my phone did not get the text virgin said i would to confirm it is working ok i can not receive texts or recvieve phone calls i can make calls and send texts but dont receive any please help so frustrated with this

Thank for posting on our community page. Sorry to hear you're having issues with our mobile services. We understand the frustration caused when things don't work as they should.

 

You advised that you are unable to make calls or send text messages from your new sim. Is this to any number or just one particular number? Are you getting any error messages when trying to call or send a text?

 

Have you tried your sim card in another handset to see if you are able to send texts or make a call?

 

Please can you let me know of the above and we will assist you further.
