I don't think you can do that on here.
Customer service is the best way to make sure your details are up to date and your plan are correct and im sure it will be a lot easier.
Is this a replacement for the Red SIM and have you had a letter saying the old SIM will be discontinued if you don't upgrade?
If not 789 is your best bet
