NEW PURPLE SIM SWAP FAIL

Got our two purple sims to swap over a couple of weeks ago.

Both phones on PAYG and BOTH are unlocked to all networks.

One worked fine - the other just says Invalid Sim.

I know the phone is unlocked - I have tried sims in it from every other network - they all work fine.

I know the Purple Sim they sent me isn't damaged - I had to put it in a different phone to activate it and it works fine.

BUT the purple Sim will NOT work in the phone that the original Sim always worked in. The phone asks for an unlock code and there was not one on the letter.

I have put in TWO requests for an unlock code from Virgin via the link on the letter specific to Sim Swap. 

THE FIRST WAS A FORTNIGHT AGO AND I HAVE NOT EVEN HAD A RESPONSE SAYING THEY GOT THE REQUEST.

DO I HAVE TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT AND GO ELSEWHERE !!
