New customer ordered broadband and sims yesterday
Problem with broadband install seems to be resolved, but I have problem with my sim order
Just received in the post two sims on £8 month one £6 month
Now had email saying a Oomph £0 month sim being sent to the wrong address.(number 57 should be 116)
I also do not yet have any account details to log in to Virgin
Help Please !

Thanks for your post and I'm terribly sorry to see of the confusion that's been caused over the multiple SIM cards that have seemingly been ordered for you.
