NEW CUSTOMER PLEASE HELP

New customer ordered broadband and sims yesterday

Problem with broadband install seems to be resolved, but I have problem with my sim order

Just received in the post two sims on £8 month one £6 month

Now had email saying a Oomph £0 month sim being sent to the wrong address.(number 57 should be 116)

I also do not yet have any account details to log in to Virgin

Help Please !

Now managed to log in to account, 3rd sim gone to wrong address....

Thanks for your post and I'm terribly sorry to see of the confusion that's been caused over the multiple SIM cards that have seemingly been ordered for you. 

 

I'd be happy to look into this for you, check out the purple envelope in the top right hand corner for a PM from me
