My virgin mobile network isn't roaming

Hi, I'm traveling in Greece but can't seem to access any network and roaming isn't working. It's never been an issue before. Can anyone help resolve the issue?

I’m having the exact same problem! Currently in Kefalonia and my mobile has stopped roaming as of this afternoon. It’s been fine for the past few days that we’ve been here. I’m wondering if one of the local mobile service carriers is having problems, but have no idea how to check.

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, sorry to hear you have all of a sudden been unable to use your services while Roaming in Greece.

Have you tried turning Roaming off on the Phone then back on again to see if this works, you can also try a manual Network search?

Managed to work magically after a few hours. Not sure what the issue was as I restarted my phone many times and removed the SIM too.
