My phone just lost network 1week ago. Looks stuck in airplane mode. Have tried hard boots, restarting settings,  nothing.

Apart from clearing the cache which I'm not confident enough to do, or do a factory reset, I'm stumped as to why this happened and how to clear it

Settings >>> Connections

1) Try to turn WiFi on.

2) Try to turn Bluetooth on

3) Then try to Turn Flight mode off.

Hey Jan19, thank you for reaching out and I am sorry to hear your phone in stuck in aeroplane mode. 

Did any of the above work at all?

I would also take the sim out and put it back in. Thanks
