My orders keep getting getting cancelled

I have tried twice to place an order as a new customer and twice now my order has been cancelled after being parked.

 

My first order was placed online and my second order was placed over the telephone 100001830329187.  On both occasions I was waiting for the contracts to be sent for me to do an e-signature but the email was never received and when I called to find out what was happening and I was the backoffice staff tried to call but couldn't get through to me so cancelled the order.

 

I have had no missed calls or massages from virgin media to say someone has tried to call.

 

I work 12 shifts in a building with very little to no signal, I've tried explaining this to sales staff but they were not helpful.
