My order was cancelled?

I had an email saying my order had been cancelled due to not signing an e-signature.

Although i followed all the instructions on what to do... i later had an email saying my direct debits had been setup. I was told to email, FRAUDRISKTEAM2@virginmedia.co.uk

In which I've now emailed twice, with no response.

Please can someone help me.

Sorry to hear that your recent order has been cancelled, have you been able to get any further information or a response from the fraud risk team since you posted. If not, would you want me to look into this further for you?
