My new sim card doesn’t arrived

Hello there, I have been make a contract with virgin media over phone call. I bought broadband home internet and pay monthly sim package. My internet hub has arrived by Yodel but it wasn’t exist sim card there. I have contact pdf wich include pay monthly sim plan and broadband internet. I’m new in this country and I don’t know how is working here like this actions. I need to ask: where is my simcard?

Could you please help, I renewed my contract over 2 weeks ago now to the Ultimate Oomph bundle with the unlimited data sim. As of yet I'm yet to receive the sim card.
