I am not a virgin mobile customer, but my name and my wife’s name were used to obtain virgin mobile credit in 2015. This was left on our credit file unknown to us until around July 2020 when we were trying to apply for a mortgage. When this was pointed out to us we started calling virgin mobile. My wife’s credit file was updated and the fraudulent account removed from her credit file while mine was left, I contacted them and they told me to send documents showing where I was living at that time. I have sent 13 different documents and 17 emails without response from virgin mobile. I have also contacted Experian to assist but what they keep on telling me is that virgin mobile says what they have is correct that they cannot remove it on my file. I do not know what else to do please help me.
