I’ve just joined virgin. I provided my pac code. My old number was supposed to be active today on my Virgin sim- this still hasn’t happened and my online account says the old number has been migrated. Can you help sort this out?

I'm so sorry to see this has happened! I have been able to locate your account and I can see that the port has gone through successfully. Do you have an iPhone at all? If so have you updated your number in your settings?
