Yesterday 13/01/21 I ordered an iphone ultimate bundle, I recieved email of confirmation and agreement too sign.
I have signed these agreement and for confirmation of this. Today 14/01/21 I recieved an email saying my order has been cancelled as I have not signed the agreement in the time limited of 4 days according to the email.
I have also received after the canceling emails the confirmation of direct debit set up.
I'm not unable to get this bundle as it is stating it's out of stock

Sorry to hear that you have not received your mobile purchase. If you have signed the agreement then it should not have cancelled unless there might have been duplicate orders. If it is a stock issue then the orders may be placed on hold. Have you received any updates since your post?
