My Virgin Media app -cannot sign in after porting

Hello

Just joined Virgin mobile and have ported my old number and now can't sign in on the My Virgin Media app using user name and password, keep getting the message below. Can sign in on the website.

So it can take a few days for everything to update on the system, nothing to worry about at the moment but if this is still the case from Friday please let us know, and we can re-review this.

Tried the My Virgin media app and the connect app this afternoon and all good, able to log in with no problems on both of them.
