My SIM is too large to fit new device. Can you please send me a micro som?

I want to use the sim in a mobile that uses a smaller sim card.  The exisiting sim is the old large one.

NOTE: Medical condition makes it difficult for me to talk over the telephone.

It may be that you have the triple push out type. They are scored so you can push out the size you want. Have a look at yours under a bright light.

It will be a triple that Virgin supply

Sorry to hear your sim doesn't fit into your device, thanks for getting in touch so we can support you further with this. 

As @enlli suggests, can you double check that your sim doesn't have the feature to be made slower by pushing out the inner part? If not, let us know and we can certainly look to ordering a sim replacement for you if needed.
