I inserted my SIM card after returning from abroad and the phone recognises the Virgin network but I have no reception/data, cant make phone calls or use 4g. It’s very confusing and I’m hoping someone could help. I still have an active plan and everything seems normal but just no network reception at all. I have tried all the usual turning the phone off, airplane mode, reinserting the SIM but nothing is working.
