My SIM has stopped working

My SIM in my mobile data router stopped working this morning. I put it in a mobile phone and it doesn't work in the phone either. Service checker says there's nothing wrong in my postcode.

On the router home screen it has an unusual message with a "voda UK" logo at the top which seems odd as I thought Virgin used the EE network.


What is wrong? I tried to contact support directly but failed. Can anyone help?
