My Number is showing different in text messages to my call number.

  • Hi I ported over about a month ago to Virgin Media from Eir. I kept my number but Virgin Media number belonging to Sim showing on text messages not on calls

Assume as you ported from Eir you are in the Republic of Ireland. This is Virgin UK, totally different. 

You need https://www.virginmedia.ie/mobile/

We only handle accounts from Virgin Media UK. 

Can you follow the link provided by enlli and hopefully you are able to get things resolved.
