Hi I just upgraded my package and am totally disappointed by the documentation. Installing my TV box was nothing like what the leaflet told me what to do.
Enough of that.
Today I want to transfer my mobile number to virgin. I have a PAC from my previous supplier. The instructions DO NOT show me what to do. Can anyone help please.
Either do it from your mobile account under 'Switching' or ring 789
