Moving my mobile number to Virgin

I received my sim on Friday 27th November and put it in my phone. I gave my PAC number when I placed my order as I was told the number port would happen the day after I activated my sim. The port should have happened Monday but it is now Thursday and no port has happened.

Please can you help me get this done?
