Moving balance on PAYG

Mum has an ancient 2G phone on PAYG; I've just got her a new 2G phone (Doro 1360) and, given that she can't go to a store to sort any issues, I'd like to move her to a different network. Unfortunately she has >£30 on her balance. Given the issues with the new SIMs not necessarily working on 2G and the weirdness going on with PAYG, is there any chance that balance will move with the number as she won't be able to use it at all soon (as far as I understand)?

Thankyou!

Re: Moving balance on PAYG

Hello

If you go too a new provider the balance on the VM PAYG cannot be transferred to a new provider.

Re: Moving balance on PAYG

The new SIM cards will work fine on the new Doro phones using 2G.

No need to move
