So for the first time I've started my own phone contract, as my dad has been paying for it for a few years now. I really want to keep my old virgin number as I have had it for at least 12 years. I have stayed with Virgin as my dad had no trouble with them but if I cannot keep my old number from a previous virgin contract I will have move to a different provider. I have tried using the PAC code but to no avail. Is there actually anyway to switch the number over?
Re: Moving a Virgin Number to another Virgin Number
Hi Liam, you could get a PAYG sim with another provider, port the VM number over to it, then port it back over to your new contract. It's a bit of a mess about but seems to be consistent with all providers.
