I'm sorry to hear you're having some problems with calls and texts since porting your number. To confirm, is your service with EE still active, and receiving texts/calls? It can take up to 48 hours for a port to fully process - when did you request for your number to be transferred?
Have you tried placing your new SIM from us into the device to begin the activation process?
