Moved from ee to VM Not receiving calls or messages

Hi

i moved over from ee and although online account is showing my old number transferred over I’m not receiving any text messages or calls

any advice?

Thanks for your post, and a warm welcome to our Community Forums.

I'm sorry to hear you're having some problems with calls and texts since porting your number. To confirm, is your service with EE still active, and receiving texts/calls? It can take up to 48 hours for a port to fully process - when did you request for your number to be transferred?

Have you tried placing your new SIM from us into the device to begin the activation process?

PAC was accepted on Tuesday and My contract with ee finished on 25th

my new sim has been in device since Tuesday
