Im trying to log in to upgrade but my account asks for my mother's maiden name and after 73 years apparently that's not her maiden name anymore!!!! 😝
Already rang a few times previously and got told it was fine I didn't need it and somehow they logged me in..... Guess what..... I need it again today and yes my mother's maiden name isn't what it should be?
Any ideas because it's driving me mad, I want to upgrade but can't log in to see my deals????
I can only imagine the surprise Donnagee and if you're sure you've typed it in correctly, then there must be a mismatch on our system. I've had a look at your details and can see that you've spoken to an agent since you last posted about this. Please let us know if you're still unable to get into your account so we can have a look.
