More parking issues

Further from my post yesterday ,

I have been delayed even further, after a second text session to Virgin , I have found that my waiting time has been put back another two days . My first call on Monday resulted in a IT ticket saying that I would be contacted in 24/48 hours . The 48 hours are up and I have heard nothing whatsoever . I want to text again , but I dare not, in case the countdown starts again and I will be delayed by another two days . 
I ordered this on Friday , so the five days are up today in any case

As I mentioned , I am housebound and need my phone and through no fault of my own I am sans mobile 
This really is not good enough 
Oh and my account still says it will be delivered *looks at notes* MONDAY
