Monthly sim

Had call from sales team vm upgrade tv pack ok I spoke to rep about monthly sim card next thing sim came and money went out of account I never agreed to any of this 5 times contact customer services cannot get explanation trying to make complaint they cut me off where do I make an official complaint ? How do you talk to someone in your own country ?

I am sorry to hear the package was unexpectedly amended, did you receive any confirmation of his via email or letter?

 

In order to amend your package and raise a complaint we would recommend contacting our team on 0345 454 1111  / 150 or you can reach them by sending a text message to 07533051809. It's not an instant response service, but somebody will get back to you asap.

 

We have call centers on and offshore so if you opt for calling the team you will be passed to the next available adviser.
