Originally my sister was paying for my plan but now that I'm able to pay for it she switched it over to me. She told me the bill would go out 12th of every month roughly and I waited until the 16th just in case but turns out it goes out on the 28th, found out after Virgin Media messaged me about it. If I miss this month will I be able to just pay it again like normal next month or does it get completely cancelled?

If you've missed a payment or if you've gone over your account credit limit, we may restrict your services until you've paid the outstanding amount and you may receive a late payment charge on your following bill. Your services will be restricted if we haven't received a payment of over £20 for 45 days. Any amounts left unpaid will be carried on over to your next bill.
