We provide our mobile service through other networks, and currently that's through O2. I can see that we also confirmed that to you in your other thread that you created yesterday.

The move to O2 will be long term as both Virgin Media and O2 are now in a 50/50 joint Venture
Do you have Virgin broadband, if so you can get Volt which will increase the speed of your Internet and give you double data on O2. If you haven't applied you can do it through MyO2 either on the Web or through the app
Check how long you have you to run on your Virgin SIM. If it was me that is the one I would change
I'm a Very Insightful Person, I'm here to share knowledge, I don't work for Virgin Media. Learn more
