After a lot of hassle (over 2 mths) I finally got my phone switched over to my old No.
However if someone text me on my old No I receive it but when I reply they receive the No on my sym. Then they cannot text or call me back to this No.
when I dial 789 the call is answered then it say “please hold for Virgin mobile”. Then tells me I have dialled an incorrect No.
I am waiting yet again for 3-5 days for this to be sorted.
what I think I need is a sym with my original No on it.
any help please?

I am sorry to see that your having issues with your Mobile.
I have you tried using the SIM in a different handset?
