Mobile

I currently have a contract with virgin( both the phone and sim) however I'm wanting to get another contract through virgin.  Will I still keep my mobile number or will I get a new one? And if I do get a new one can I change it to keep my original? I hope this makes sense

Thank you for the help,

Keil.

Re: Mobile

Are you saying this is an additional contract or an upgrade on the one you have at present.

If it is the latter then you can keep your number when you upgrade.

Re: Mobile

If you cancel your contract with Virgin and take a new one with them then you will not be able to keep your number without porting it out to another network and then porting back in again.

On the other hand if you phone 789, choose thinking of leaving and speak to retentions and tell them the offer you want, you can upgrade and keep the same number
