Just upgraded to 30 dayPROMO 10 gb started on 04/09/2022 , cannot send message with a picture because I get a message stating that my limit is reached. Even though it shows that I have 9.99 gab left!! I think they assume I’m on my previous 1 gb allowed. Please get this sorted Virgin 🙄

Secondly do you have a spend cap set on the account?
