Inadvertently run out of data, tried using the app and my online account but it won't let me buy a £10 top up.  Says "Oops, something's gone wrong" or "unexpected error".

Any ideas how I'm supposed to top up?

The text/WhatsApp servoce is useless as it's a bot and doesn't give me the relevant option.

Eventually managed to message on WhatsApp with an actual person (by entering all the wrong answers). The bot was worse than useless. The top up has now been applied but it wasted an hour of my time. I got a refund of the £10 which is something.
