Inadvertently run out of data, tried using the app and my online account but it won't let me buy a £10 top up. Says "Oops, something's gone wrong" or "unexpected error".
Any ideas how I'm supposed to top up?
The text/WhatsApp servoce is useless as it's a bot and doesn't give me the relevant option.
