Trying in vain to change my monthly mobile plan. Website just says oops we’ve encountered a problem. Chat bot goes round in circles. 789 goes round in circles

Can we ask if you have been able to access our website from a different device or web browser?
Have you cleared all cookies and caches and tried our website again? You can take a look here and see if it lets upgrade this way?
